Before there was a bus, there was one little grey poodle who just wanted to go… all the time. Miya lived to be 18 years old, and in that time she saw more of the world than most people do. As a little three-legged poodle, she enjoyed life to its fullest. She ran on hidden beaches in the Bahamas, wandered vineyards in Napa Valley, hiked mountains in Colorado, partied and soaked up the sun on South Beach in Miami, and lived part-time in Mexico, where we took extensive road trips from Cancún all the way to Belize.

She saw some of the most incredible sights not even many humans get to witness. Her joy was seeing as much of the world as possible, and she led me to some unforgettable experiences. I’m so grateful for her presence. Little Bark Bus exists because of her and is dedicated to her life of travel.
